All items are shipped via Australia Post. Whilst we do try to give you and exact shipping and handling price on the checkout, we reserve the right to change this. We will contact you if this happens to see if you want to still proceed with the order. If not all money will be refunded.

We calculate the postage by weight.

0.00 - 0.03 kg = $2.60

0.03 - 0.25 kg = $4.90

0.25 - 0.50 kg = $6.90

0.50 - 3.00 kg = $10.90

3.00 - 6.00 kg = $18.50

other rates by negotiation

We will post your order the same day as we receive payment or monies is cleared. Payment received after 6pm will be posted the next day. We do not post orders on Sundays. International orders maybe delayed until money clears

For all orders the 10% Australian GST (Goods & Services Tax) is added.  An invoice will be posted with the goods only if requested.

The follow are the only methods of payment unless arranged in advance:

• Australia Post Money orders made out to "Bushfirefighter"

• Direct Deposit into business account

• Credit card payments via Paymate or Paypal.  Fees apply. 

• Organisation cheques by prior arrangement only

Bushfirefighter does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the Remember Me Option.  Data collected by this site is used to:

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for delivery purposes

We will match any advertised price and reduce it by 5%. This only applies to Australian prices from retail outlets. It does not include the following. Wholesale prices, Manufacturers shop outlets, specials advertised anywhere including web. All claims must show us a current advertised price e.g. newspaper ad. etc Advertised date cannot be more than 1 month old. We reserve the right to refuse any claim. We also reserve the right to see the orignal advert. We also retain the right not to sell that item to you for the advertised price

All items returned under your statutory warranty will be subjected to additional postal chargers.  It is the buyers responsibility to pay for postage both ways.  All faulty items will have to be returned before any negotiation are had about a refund or replacement.
